BAKED BELL PEPPERS: how to make a tasty side dish in just a few minutes! 😍

INGREDIENTS
6 bell peppers (green, red, yellow)
Olive oil
1 garlic clove, sliced
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Basil leaves to taste
METHOD
1. Wash the peppers and place them onto the baking sheet. Bake at 190°’C (374°F) for 1 hour, turning them a few times.
2. Once cooked place baked peppers into the bowl and cover with plastic wrap, leave it for at least 30 minutes.
3. Then remove the peel, steam, and seeds and slice them.
4. Sprinkle with salt, and pepper, and add olive oil garlic, and basil leaves.
