Stuffed onions wrapped in dough: you need to get your hands on this!

Soft, caramelised onions stuffed with bacon and creamy cottage cheese, crispy and soften, you've never make onions in this way!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• 4 onions
• 400g diced bacon
• 4 pizza doughs
• 300g cottage cheese
• 1 egg
• 100g grated mozzarella
• Salt and pepper
METHOD
- Peel the onion and cut the top and bottom. Remove the core from the onion to keep the first thick layers intact.
- Grind the onion core and cook in a pan with 300g diced bacon.
- Cut 2 large discs into each pizza dough, divide the remaining diced pieces into half of them and cover them with the remaining discs.
- Align the discs with a rolling pin. Wrap the onions in these dough discs, leaving one end open.
- Combine the cottage cheese, egg, salt and pepper and spread the mixture over the onion. Put on bacon and onions.
- Cover the onion with grated mozzarella and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C/350°F
