Eggs and bacon: a simple but delicious recipe!

INGREDIENTS
300g bacon
30ml (2 tbsp) oil
8-10 eggs
1 white onion
Pepper
Potato chips
200g (2 cups) grated cheese
METHOD
- Take the bacon and grill it until cooked. Roll the bacon strips up and place them in the pan until the pan is filled.
- Crack the eggs and fill the spaces around the bacon with eggs. Diced the onion and sprinkle it all the top of the bacon and eggs and season with fresh ground black pepper.
- Bake in the oven at 392°F/200°C for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, crush up the potato chips and mix with the cheese.
- When the eggs are nearly finished, spread the chips and cheese mixture evenly over the top.
- Bake at 392°F/200°C for 10 more minutes or until everything has cooked through and cheese has melted.
