Orange jelly: delicious candies to make at home!

They are easier to make than you think and a hundred times better than anything storebought!
INGREDIENTS
240ml (1 cup) orange juice
Peel of 1 orange
200g (1 cup) sugar
120g (3/4 cup) cornstarch
A pinch of salt
10g (½ tsp ) of butter
Peel of 1 orange

METHOD
- In a pan add juice, sugar, zest, cornstarch, and butter.
- Cook on low heat until thick.
- Transfer to the pan and let it cool for a few hours.
- Cut into cubes and dip into the sugar.
