Orange jelly: how to make it at home!

A tasty treat that the whole family will love!

INGREIDENTS
5 oranges, juiced
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
50g (1/4 cup) cornstarch
20g (4 tsp) butter
50g (1/2 cup) shredded coconut for coating

METHOD
  1. Juice the oranges.
    Add orange juice, sugar, and cornstarch to a saucepan and whisk until smooth and homogeneous.
  2. Simmer on low heat, until the mixture becomes thick.
  3. Stir in butter and take off the heat.
  4. Brush 3 glasses with butter and divide the orange mixture between them. Cover each glass with plastic wrap and chill for 1-2 hours.
  5. Take the jelly out of the glasses, then coat in shredded coconut.
  6. Cut each jelly into 3 rounds, coat in some more shredded coconut, and serve.
