Cream filled doughnuts recipe: it couldn't be easier.

These doughnuts are soft pillows with an easy cream filling, you'll fall in love with them!
INGREDIENTS

Flour 2 cups
Sugar 1/3 cup
Egg 1
Butter 30 g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Deep-frying oil
Yeast 1 tsp

For the cream:
Milk 250ml
Egg Yolks 2
Egg Yolks 2
Vanilla 1 tsp
Flour 1 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1/3 cup
METHOD
- Dough: mix yeast with milk, then add eggs and butter. Mix well and add butter, flour, sugar and salt. Let it rise for 2 hours.
- Cream: boil milk, mix egg, vanilla, flour and sugar. Pour the milk onto the mixture and then heat again to a creamy state.
- Make donuts and fry them and fill with cream
