METHOD
- Karpatka is a traditional Polish cream pie filled with vanilla milk pudding cream, it is so delicious that you will adore it
- Combine ingredients for the preparation of Carpathian, hilly biscuits. Prepare a pot to heat the butter with butter until the butter has completely melted, then carefully add the flour, salt and baking powder. When you have a thick mixture, remove the pan from the fire and add little by little eggs.
- Divide the mixture into two parts. Prepare two 25 cm molds. Pour mixture into molds and bake at 200 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Do not open the rerun while baking. When you get the golden hills you have your biscuits ready.
- To prepare the cream, whisk the eggs with some milk and starch, set aside. Bring the milk, sugar and vanilla sugar to the fire. Once it comes to a boil, pour the milk into the mixture with the eggs. Return to the fire and let it thick. Whip the butter and add it to the cream. Pour cream between two biscuits.
- Sprinkle a cup with sugar.
