Karpatka: the traditional polish cake fluffy and easy!

Karpatka is a Polish version of a vanilla custard slice is made with sheets of choux pastry filled with a creamy, light layer of custard cream.

4 eggs
125g butter
1 cup water
1 ¼ cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
Cream
300g butter
2 cups vanilla pudding
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
red fruits and powdered sugar
METHOD
1. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with baking powder.

2.In a medium saucepan, heat the butter with water, add flour mixture and mix well.
3. Remove from heat and add eggs one by one, beat with a mixer
4. Divide dough into 2 parts and pour into 2 round baking forms.
5. Bake at 180°C/350°F for 25-30 minutes
FOR THE CREAM
In the medium bowl, add butter, add powdered sugar and beat for a few minutes. Add cooked pudding and mix until combined.
For the assembling
Add the cream between 2 cakes, decorate with icing sugar and fresh fruits
