Apple crepes filled with hazelnut cream: a tasty idea to try in your break moments!

Pour the eggs over the apple and the result will be just gorgeous!
INGREDIENTS
2 apples
3 eggs
450ml (2 cups) milk
50ml (6 tbsp) Oil
2 tbsp Sugar
130g (5 tbsp) Flour
150g Hazelnut cream
METHOD
- Cut apples and blend them with eggs.
- Add in milk, oil, sugar and flour. With a scoop pour some mixture on a hot pan, fry from both sides until golden brown.
- Fill prepared pancakes with hazelnut cream.
