Vegetable flan: quick and tasty to prepare in the oven!

You only need eggs and your favorite veggies! 😍

INGREDIENTS
300g cauliflower
300g broccoli
1 bell pepper
10 cherry tomatoes
30g (3 tbsp) parmesan
Olive oil
Salt
100g mozzarella

METHOD
  1. Boil cauliflower and broccoli.
  2. Oil the pan. Arrange cauliflower, broccoli, chopped bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes.
  3. Make a mixture of eggs, salt, yogurt, and parmesan.
  4. Pour over vegetables.
  5. Grate the mozzarella on top and bake at 360°F/180°C for 35 minutes. Serve.
