Hanged chicken in the oven: the trick to prepare it perfectly!

The best way to make a delicious and crispy chicken!

INGREDIENTS
1 whole chicken
3 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
3 potatoes
1 red pepper
3 tbsp of oil
1/3 tsp paprika 
1/3 tsp garlic powder 
1/2 tsp salt 
1/3 tsp pepper 
1/3 tsp thyme 
 
METHOD
  1. Salt the chicken and pour with the olive oil and paprika mixture.
  2. Tie the chicken by the legs to the grid and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 60 minutes, add chopped potatoes and pepper to the pan and bake together for 40 minutes more.
