Chicken cream and cheese

Ingredients:
1 chicken breast, cut into cubes;
1 tsp Italian herbs;
salt and pepper;
4 eggs;
2 tbsp sour cream;
3-4 plum tomatoes;
½ cup shredded mozzarella.

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 190C/375F. Grease square 20x20cm (8x8-inch) baking pan.
Season chicken with generous pinch of salt and pepper, sprinkle with Italian herbs and mix.
Whisk eggs with sour cream, season with salt and pepper.
Lay chicken over the bottom of prepared baking pan, cover with egg mixture, layer some sliced tomatoes over and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
