Chicken Cheese Bowls

Ingredients:
500g Ground Chicken
3 strips of bacon
Salt and pepper
4 eggs
150g flour
100g bread crumbs
250ml Cream
200g Cheddar cheese
BBQ Sauce and Parsley to serve.
Instructions:
Place 1/3 of the ground chicken in to a small (10-12cm) bowl for shaping then place a second bowl over the top push down until the chicken is pushed to the edges and forms a bowl.
Cover with cling film and freeze for at least 4 hours
When completely frozen remove from the bowls. Standing them for a few minutes in warm water helps them release.
Coat the bowls in bread crumbs by dipping first in the flour, then the egg and finally into the breadcrumbs.
Place the bacon on a tray and then a second tray on top and bake at 180°C for 12mins.
Deep fry the breaded chicken bowls in hot oil about 170°C or 350°F for 5 to 6 minutes.
Place cream and cheese in a pan then heat until you get a thick cheese sauce.
Pour the liquid cheese into the chicken bowls insert bacon slices, cover with a little BBQ sauce and parsley.
