Teriyaki chicken bowls: the most original and tasty way to serve it!

INGREDIENTS
500 g of chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 red pepper, chopped
2 spring onions, chopped
1 Carrot, chopped
3 tbsp of soy sauce
3 tbsp of honey
3 tbsp cornstarch
500 grams of cooked rice
4-6 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Decoration
Chopped spring onion
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 230ºC / 450ºF.
2. Fry the chicken in a frying pan with oil over medium heat, until golden brown.
3. Add the onion, carrot, pepper, honey, soy sauce and cornstarch. Mix until the juices turn thick.
4. In a bowl, add the cooked rice and mash it with a fork or potato crush.
5. Coat a cupcake mold with vegetable oil. Add a ball of rice dough and mold it into a cup. Bake for 30 minutes.
Take your rice baskets out of the mold and fill them with chicken teriyaki.
Serve and enjoy!
