Easy chicken teriyaki: it tastes better than takeout!

Teriyaki chicken is a super easy chicken recipe cooked in 10-minutes.
Crispy skinless chicken thighs stir-fried and swimming in a beautiful flavoured homemade teriyaki sauce!
Crispy skinless chicken thighs stir-fried and swimming in a beautiful flavoured homemade teriyaki sauce!
INGREDIENTS
2 chicken breasts;
4 tbsp soy sauce;
3 tbsp honey;
½ cup orange juice;
2 tbsp sesame oil;
1 tsp ginger powder;
¼ cup sesame seeds;
sliced scallions.
METHOD
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-size pieces.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, orange juice, sesame oil and powdered ginger. Mix chicken with marinade and leave for 30 minutes.
- Remove chicken pieces from the marinade and grill with a little bit of oil for 5-7 minutes or until done.
- Place leftover marinade over medium heat. Boil it down until thickens, then stir in chicken pieces.
- Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds and sliced scallions.
