Easy chicken teriyaki: it tastes better than takeout!

Teriyaki chicken is a super easy chicken recipe cooked in 10-minutes.
Crispy skinless chicken thighs stir-fried and swimming in a beautiful flavoured homemade teriyaki sauce!
 
INGREDIENTS
2 chicken breasts;
4 tbsp soy sauce;
3 tbsp honey;
½ cup orange juice;
2 tbsp sesame oil;
1 tsp ginger powder;
¼ cup sesame seeds;
sliced scallions.
 
METHOD
  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-size pieces.
  2. Mix honey, soy sauce, orange juice, sesame oil and powdered ginger. Mix chicken with marinade and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove chicken pieces from the marinade and grill with a little bit of oil for 5-7 minutes or until done.
  4. Place leftover marinade over medium heat. Boil it down until thickens, then stir in chicken pieces.
  5. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds and sliced scallions.
