Chicken rolls: a quick and simple dish but full of taste!

Chicken stuffed with ham and cheese. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have.

INGREDIENTS
5 chicken breast
200g of cooked ham
200g of provolone cheese
Flour
2 eggs
Panko breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
 
METHOD
  1. Arrange the chicken breast slices on a work surface. Add the slices of ham and cheese and roll the chicken slices tightly with your hands.
  2. Pass the chicken rolls first in the flour, then in the beaten egg, and, finally, in the panko breadcrumbs, and cover them well.
  3. Fry the rolls in hot oil when they are golden brown on both sides.
