Tangerine bread buns: how to make them fluffy and delicious!

So light and moist at the same time. With just a few ingredients you can make it and enjoy it in a few minutes! 

 INGREDIENTS
5 Tangerines
2 Eggs
Water to taste
Flour – 500 g
Sugar – 2 Tbsp
Dry yeast – 1 Tbsp
Oil – 2 Tbsp
Custard

METHOD
  1. Peel off tangerines and put them in a blender and add eggs and water. Blend until it is all together.
  2. In a large bowl add flour, sugar, dry yeast, blended tangerines and oil. Mix it and leave it covered for 15 minutes.
  3. Divide into many balls. Spread each ball and fill it with custard. Coat it with egg yolks and cook in the pan with lid.
  4. Serve and decorate with icing sugar.
