Creamy cakes with tangerines: a simple but delicious recipe!

INGREDIENTS
450g (2 cups) cream cheese
2 eggs
70g (1/3 cup) sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
2-3 mandarins (skin and membrane removed)
Powdered sugar (for decoration)
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F.
- In a large bowl beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar with a mixer until creamy.
- Divide obtained mixture between muffin cups, lined with liners.
- Insert 2-3 mandarine segments into each muffin and bake for 25-30 min.
- Let cool a bit, discard liners, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top, and serve.
