Tangerine cake: sweet and delicate to the taste!

A fluffy cake that the whole family will love!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
sugar 2 tbsp
30g melted butter
120ml (1/2 cup) milk
180g (1 cup + 3 tbsp) flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tangerines
25g melted butter
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together egg and sugar add in melted butter, milk and sift the flour, baking powder and add in vanilla extract.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking pan and top with tangerine pieces, pour melted butter and sprinkle sugar on top.
- Bake at 180’C (356’F) for 30 minutes.
