Tangerine liqueur: surprise your guests with a delicate and fragrant digestive!

INGREDIENTS
15 tangerines
1.1lt (4 3/4 cups) of 96° pure alcohol
1.1lt (4 3/4 cups) of water
1.1kg (5 1/2 cups) of sugar
METHOD
1. Peel the tangerines and transfer peels to the jar. Pour alcohol and close the jar. Set aside for 3 days.
2. In a pot add the water and sugar and mix. Bring it to the boil and set aside to cool.
3. Transfer the peels/alcohol from the jar to the bowl and pour the prepared syrup. Mix to combine. Cover with cling film and set aside for 7 days.
4. After 7 days sift the liqueur and transfer to the bottle. Pour the prepared liqueur into the small glasses and enjoy.
