Tangerine cake: an easy dessert to make right now!

Pour the batter over the whole tangerines and the result will surprise you!
INGREDIENTS
200g (7 oz) flour;
3 eggs;
¼ cup vegetable oil;
180g (6.3 oz) sugar;
Peeled tangerines;
¼ tsp vanilla powder;
1 tsp baking powder;
100ml (3.5 oz) tangerine juice;
Zest of 1 tangerine.
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180C/350F. Brush 20 cm springform with vegetable oil, add parchment on the bottom.
- Whisk eggs with sugar and slowly add vegetable oil in. When the mixture becomes light, add tangerine juice.
- Whisk flour with vanilla and baking powder. Combine wet and dry ingredients to make a smooth batter.
- Place peeled tangerines in a pan and pour the batter over to cover them completely.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes.
