Tangerine cake: an easy dessert to make right now!

Pour the batter over the whole tangerines and the result will surprise you!

INGREDIENTS
 200g (7 oz) flour;
 3 eggs;
 ¼ cup vegetable oil;
 180g (6.3 oz) sugar;
 Peeled tangerines;
 ¼ tsp vanilla powder;
 1 tsp baking powder;
 100ml (3.5 oz) tangerine juice;
 Zest of 1 tangerine.
 
METHOD
  1.  Preheat oven to 180C/350F. Brush 20 cm springform with vegetable oil, add parchment on the bottom.
  2.  Whisk eggs with sugar and slowly add vegetable oil in. When the mixture becomes light, add tangerine juice.
  3.  Whisk flour with vanilla and baking powder. Combine wet and dry ingredients to make a smooth batter.
  4.  Place peeled tangerines in a pan and pour the batter over to cover them completely.
  5.  Bake for 40-50 minutes.
