Fluffy bread with sesame seeds: fragrant and easy to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
640g (5 cups) of flour
400ml (1 3/4 cups) of water
7g (1 1/2 tsp) of sugar
7g (1 1/2 tsp) of dry yeast
5g (1 tsp) of salt
Breadcrumbs
30g (2 tbsp) of yogurt
1 egg yolk
Sesame seeds

30g (2 tbsp) of yogurt

METHOD
- In a bowl add the flour, water, sugar, dry yeast, salt, and mix. When all is combined knead the batter to create the dough. Cover the dough and let it rise for 40 minutes.
- After the time has elapsed remove the dough from the bowl and divide it into 6 pieces. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on the baking tray covered with parchment paper and transfer the balls. Cover with a cloth and let them rest for 30 minutes.
- Mix the yogurt and egg yolk to prepare the mixture for coating. After 30 minutes of resting coat the buns with one spoon of mixture.
- Then, using light pressure, shape the buns with your fingertips. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in oven 240°C/464°F for 20 minutes.
