Sesame bread fingers: everyone will ask for the recipe!

INGREDIENTS
125g (0.55 cup) butter
3 tbsp sugar
125ml (0.53 cup) water
125ml (0.57 cup) oil
1 egg yolk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vinegar
500g (4 cups) flour (all purpose)
 
1 egg white
Sesame
 
METHOD
  1. Mix butter, water, oil, baking powder, vinegar, yolk, sugar. Add flour and knead the dough.
  2. Divide the dough into portions. Form the fingers with a skewer, brush with egg white and roll in sesame seeds. Place Sesame fingers on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
