Crispy fritters: you must try this finger food!

So crispy and irresistible, this appetizer will surprise everyone!
 
INGREDIENTS
Toast bread
Ham
Mozzarella
Mayonnaise
3 eggs
100g (½ cup) breadcrumbs

METHOD
  1. Cut the edges of the toast, then cut it in half diagonally.
  2. Put a little ham, mayonnaise and mozzarella on a piece of toast.
  3. Fold with another piece of toast. Join the edges by squeezing with a knife.
  4. Dip sandwiches in eggs and then in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil. Serve.
