Sesame bread: light and airy with a crunchy crust and sesame seeds!

It's not the usual bread! The result is amazing!
INGREDIENTS
Hot water 50 ml
Cold water 120 ml
Sugar 40 gr
Yeast 15 gr
Condensed milk 20 gr
Wheat flour 200 gr
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Bicarbonate 1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Sesame seeds 40 gr
Oil 15 grams
METHOD
- In a bowl add hot water and cold water, add in sugar and yeast, mix it well. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Add in condensed milk.
- In another bowl mix flour with salt and bicarbonate, add in liquid and vanilla, mix it well.
- Let it rest for 30 minutes, mix it with oil and let it rest for 2 hours more.
- Divide the dough into 8 pieces, dip each piece into sesame seeds, roll it into a circle and fry into the hot oil.
