Crispy sesame biscuits: a sweet treat to try!

INGREDIENTS
- Flour 400 grams
- Oil 30 35 grams
- Egg 1
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Water 140 grams
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together the flour with oil, then add all the rest ingredients and mix well.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes, then mix well again and let it rest for 2 hours more.
- Roll over the dough so it will come very thin.
- Cut the dough in the middle and make different forms.
- Fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
