Crispy sesame biscuits: a sweet treat to try!

INGREDIENTS
- Flour 400 grams
- Oil 30 35 grams
- Egg 1
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Water 140 grams
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together the flour with oil, then add all the rest ingredients and mix well.
  2. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes, then mix well again and let it rest for 2 hours more.
  3. Roll over the dough so it will come very thin.
  4. Cut the dough in the middle and make different forms.
  5. Fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
