Trizzas: an Italian sweet treat to try!

Pinch each strip to form circles. The result will leave you speechless!
INGREDIENTS
150 g (5 oz) all-purpose flour;
150 g (5 oz) ‘00’ flour;
1 egg;
4 tbsp sour cream;
1 tbsp vanilla extract;
2 tbsp milk;
30 g (1 oz) butter, room temperature.
METHOD
- Whisk both flours with a pinch of salt.
- Add an egg, sour cream, milk, vanilla extract and butter.
- Use hand mixer with dough hooks on to work all ingredients together until smooth dough forms.
- Knead the dough for a minute by hand, then wrap in plastic and let sit at room temperature for around an hour.
- Cut the dough into quarters and roll each piece out as thin as possible.
- Use a ruler and a pizza cutter to slice the dough into strips.
- Pinch each strip to form circles as shown in the video. Cook, I preheated oil for 3-4 minutes, flipping on the other side halfway through. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
