Trizzas: an Italian sweet treat to try!

Pinch each strip to form circles. The result will leave you speechless! 
 
INGREDIENTS
 150 g (5 oz) all-purpose flour;
 150 g (5 oz) ‘00’ flour;
 1 egg;
 4 tbsp sour cream;
 1 tbsp vanilla extract;
 2 tbsp milk;
 30 g (1 oz) butter, room temperature.
 
METHOD
  1.  Whisk both flours with a pinch of salt.
  2.  Add an egg, sour cream, milk, vanilla extract and butter.
  3.  Use hand mixer with dough hooks on to work all ingredients together until smooth dough forms.
  4.  Knead the dough for a minute by hand, then wrap in plastic and let sit at room temperature for around an hour.
  5.  Cut the dough into quarters and roll each piece out as thin as possible.
  6.  Use a ruler and a pizza cutter to slice the dough into strips.
  7.  Pinch each strip to form circles as shown in the video. Cook, I preheated oil for 3-4 minutes, flipping on the other side halfway through. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
