INGREDIENTS
Mini mozzarella
Flour
2 Eggs
Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
METHOD
1. Coat the mini mozzarellas with the flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
2. Transfer them to the pot with hot oil and fry until they are golden brown.
3. Serve mini mozzarella balls on a serving dish and enjoy.
