Fried crepes: very tasty and very fast to prepare!

A delicious dessert to try right now! 
 
INGREDIENTS
500 ml (2 cups) of milk
3 eggs
3 tbsp Sugar 
1/2 tsp salt
170g (1 3/8 cups) flour 
50ml (1/5 cup) vegetable oil
Powdered sugar
Melted chocolate
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar, salt, milk, oil, and flour.
  2. Fry pancakes from both sides for about a minute.
  3. Chop pancakes and fry in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with melted butter.
