Fried flowers: the fried roses very fun to prepare, in ASMR!

INGREDIENTS
500g (4 cups) flour
2 eggs
50g (1/3 cup) sugar 
50 g (1/4 cup) butter 
4 eggs
20ml (1 1/2 tbsp) grappa
100ml (2/5 cup) water
1 tbsp lemon zest 
Powdered sugar 
Custard 

METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together flour lemon zest and sugar. Add in eggs, butter, water, and grappa.
2. Let it rest for 30 minutes, covered in the refrigerator.
3. Roll out the dough and press shapes out of the dough put three together and fry them in hot oil.
4. Decorate with custard and powdered sugar.
