Make these super stringy meatballs in the oven to satisfy your guests!

INGREDIENTS
For meatballs:
450g of minced meat
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
2 cloves of garlic
80g (1 cup) of parmesan
80g (3/4 cup) of breadcrumbs
1 egg
40ml (1/4 cup) of milk
For tomato sauce:
720ml (3 1/4 cups) of tomato sauce
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper
50ml (1/4 cup) of water
3 cloves of garlic
Scamorza
Parsley
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the minced meat, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, and milk and mix to obtain a compact mixture. Form the meatballs.
2. In a baking tray add tomato sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, water, garlic, and mix. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180Β°C/360Β°F for 15 min.
3. Remove the baking tray from the oven and arrange the prepared meatballs. Bake at 180Β°C/360Β°F for 35 more minutes.
4. After 35 minutes arrange the pieces of scamora and transfer to the oven. Bake at 180Β°C/360Β°F for 10 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
