Eggless creamy meatballs: the secret ingredient to make them super juicy and delicious

INGREDIENTS
350g of minced meat
140g (1/2 cup) of yogurt
Lemon (zest)
Paprika
Ginger powder
Salt
50g (1/2 cup) of breadcrumbs
120ml (1/2 cup) of water
Flour
Extra virgin olive oil
300ml (1 1/4 cups) of beer
METHOD
1. In a bowl with meat add the yogurt, lemon (zest), paprika, ginger powder, salt, breadcrumbs, and water and mix to combine.
2. Form the meatballs from the meat mixture and pass them to the flour. Cover them well.
3. Pour the olive oil into the pan and arrange the meatballs. Brown them on all sides.
4. Pour the bear over the meatballs and let them cook until the beer evaporates.
5. Arrange the meatballs on the serving plate and pour the sauce over them.
