Fried little roses: beautiful and super crunchy, the recipe to listen to in ASMR!

INGREDIENTS
500g (4 cups) of flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
4g (1 tsp) sugar
4g (1 tsp) baking powder
3g (1/2 tsp) salt
70g (1/3 cup) butter
1 egg
1 tbsp vinegar
140ml (3/5 cup) water
Hazelnut cream
Powdered sugar
METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and butter. Add in egg, vanilla extract, vinegar, and water.
2. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Roll out the dough and cut it into shapes, make the cuts on it and put three together, press in the center, and fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
4. Fill with hazelnut cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
