Cake with cream and chocolate: it's so delicious and easy that you'll always make it!

INGREDIENTS
For the cream:
150g (3/4 cup) of sugar
50g (1/2 cup) of cornstarch
500ml (2 cups) of milk
Vanilla extract
2 eggs
For the cocoa batter:
2 eggs
210g (1 cup) of sugar
80ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
90ml (1/4 cup) of milk
130ml (1/2 cup) of heavy cream
250g (2 cups) of all-purpose flour
40g (1/4 cup) of cocoa powder
10g (3/4 tbsp) of baking powder
A pinch of salt
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the sugar, cornstarch, milk, vanilla essence, and eggs and mix. Pour the mixture into the saucepan and mix until thick. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
2. In a bowl add the eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, milk, and heavy cream and mix. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder and whisk to obtain no lumps mixture.
3. Pour the mixture into the floured mold (25cm cake mold) and level it up with the spatula.
4. Fill the piping bag with the prepared cream and pour over the cocoa mixture. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
5. Serve the cake on a serving plate, cut a slice, and serve.
