Fried sweet brioches: delicious and super soft!

INGREDIENTS
360g (2 ¾ cups) of all-purpose flour
1 egg
30g (2 1/2 tbsp) of sugar
30ml (2 ½ tbsp) of vegetable oil
80ml (⅓ cup) of orange juice
130ml (½ cup) of lukewarm milk
30g (2 tbsp) of melted butter
8g (2 tsp) of dry yeast
A pinch of salt
Powdered sugar
Oil for frying
METHOD
1. Whisk flour with salt and yeast.
2. In a separate bowl combine warm milk with vegetable oil, sugar, orange juice, milk, and egg.
3. Pour the milk and egg mixture into the flour mixture and mix well. Knead the dough until it comes together, then add melted butter and knead for 5-7 minutes. Form it into a ball, and let it rise for 2 hours.
4. Cut the dough into 6 pieces and roll each into a ball. Roll the ball into a rope and roll brioches as shown in the video. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
5. Fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Dust with powdered sugar.
