Fried rice

INGREDIENTS
4 cups cooked BASMATI rice
2 eggs + pinch of salt
2 ham steaks, finely cubed
1 handful chopped shallots
1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, corn, carrots)
3 tbsp peanut oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp fried chicken
 

METHOD
Heat the pan and add oil.
Whisk eggs with some salt and pour in the pan.
Make an omelette and fold it like a pancake.
When egg pancake cools down cut it in strips.
Once again heat the pan with oil. Add ham and fry it for a few minutes.
Add mixed vegetables and fry a bit more.
It is now time to add cooked rice, soy sauce and chopped shallots.
After few minutes add omelette and fried chicken. Stir it well.
Serve your rice and enjoy.
