Chinese rice gnocchi with vegetables and soy sauce: too good a recipe not to try!

INGREDIENTS
250g rice gnocchi
1/2 sliced zucchini
1/2 sliced carrot
1/4 chopped onion
100g (1 cup) chopped cabbage
1 egg
100g minced pork
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp white wine
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp soy sauce

METHOD
- In a bowl add rice dumplings and water, and leave for 30 minutes.
- In a pan fry egg and remove it, then fry minced pork in the same pan, add in onion, carrot, zucchini and cabbage, sauté for 2 minutes and add in rice dumplings and salt.
- Add in fried egg, soy sauce, and wine.
