Chinese potato gnocchi: you only need a bottle to make something incredible and delicious

INGREDIENTS
2 potatoes
200 g potato starch
150ml (3/5 cup) of water
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp chili powder powder
1 tsp sugar
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chopped green onions
3 tbsp avocado oil
METHOD
1. Transfer chopped potatoes to the pan, cover with plastic wrap and cook in the microwave for 10 minutes.
2. Mx with potato starch and water, make mushroom shapes and boil for 2 minutes.
3. Mix with garlic, chili powder, sugar, soy sauce green onions, and oil.
