Rice pizza: a delicious meal that will amaze your guests

INGREDIENTS300g tomato puree
olive oil
basil
300g of rice
water
1 egg
70g of parmesan
cheese
mozzarella cheese
PREPARATION
Pour the sauce into a saucepan with the water, the oil, the basil, the salt and the oregano. Then pour the rice and cook for about 13 minutes, turning frequently, being careful not to burn the rice on the bottom. Let the rice cool, then add the egg and the Parmesan. Mix everything and pour half of it into a baking pan of 24 cm (the smaller the pan, the higher your rice pizza). Stuff with melted cheese and cover with the remaining rice. Bake for 25 minutes at 200°, remove from the oven and add the sauce, the oregano, the basil and the mozzarella. Then bake for another 10 minutes and serve hot.
