Peach spiral cake: tasty and very easy to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
Peaches
2 eggs
100g (1/2 cup) of sugar
8g (3/4 tbsp) of vanilla sugar
100ml (1/2 cup) of sunflower oil
100ml (1/2 cup) of milk
250g (2 cups) of flour
12g (3/4 tbsp) of baking powder
Custard cream
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- In a bowl add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar and mix with the electric mixer until sugar is dissolved.
- Add the sunflower oil, and milk and mix again. Sift the flour and baking powder and mix until all is well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the mold (28cm - the size of the mold) and spread the custard cream previously placed in the whipping cream bag, creating the shape of a circle.
- Arrange the peaches cut into pieces on the custard circle. Transfer the cake to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 50 minutes. Decorate with powdered sugar.
