Peach spiral cake: tasty and very easy to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
Peaches
2 eggs
100g (1/2 cup) of sugar
8g (3/4 tbsp) of vanilla sugar
100ml (1/2 cup) of sunflower oil
100ml (1/2 cup) of milk
250g (2 cups) of flour
12g (3/4 tbsp) of baking powder
Custard cream
Powdered sugar
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar and mix with the electric mixer until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add the sunflower oil, and milk and mix again. Sift the flour and baking powder and mix until all is well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the mold (28cm - the size of the mold) and spread the custard cream previously placed in the whipping cream bag, creating the shape of a circle.
  4. Arrange the peaches cut into pieces on the custard circle. Transfer the cake to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 50 minutes. Decorate with powdered sugar.
