GRAPE CAKE: TALL and FRAGRANT it will be very easy to prepare! π

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
110g (1/2 cup) of sugar
70g (1/4 cup) of butter (melted)
210ml (3/4 cup) of milk
310g (2 1/2 cups) of flour
17g (1 tbsp) of baking powder
470g of grapes + grapes for the top
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the eggs and sugar and mix with the electric mixer until fluffy. Add the butter (melted), milk, flour, and baking powder and continue mixing to obtain no lumps mixture.
2. Add the grapes into the mixture and incorporate with the spatula.
3. Pour the mixture into the cake mold (22cm - mold size) covered with parchment paper and add more grapes on top.
4. Transfer the cake to the oven and bake at 180Β°C/360Β°F for 50 minutes.Β
5. Place the cake on a serving dish, cut a slice, and serve.
