Spiral cake

INGREDIENTS
Spinach 400 g
Ricotta cheese 300 g
Prosciutto 5 slices
Puff pastry 3 pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Put one puff pastry in a casserole dish, second and third cut as in the video.
In a pan on medium heat cook spinach and then transfer it in a mixing bowl. Add ricotta, salt and pepper.
Pour the spinach mixture in casserole dish with lined puff pastry and place prosciutto on top of it.
Start arranging the other two pastries over, as in the video.
Bake the spiral cake for 20 minutes.
