INGREDIENTS
Shape 26 cm:
• 350g / 2 cups flour

• 80g / 1/2 cup butter
• 2 eggs
• 15g yeast
• 8g vanilla sugar
• 60ml / 2.1oz milk
• 5g salt
 
Chocolate Filling:
• 150g / 1 cup chocolate
• 60ml / 2.1oz milk
• 60ml / 2.1oz oil
• 8g vanilla sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough. Let rise.
  2. Mix chocolate with milk, butter, vanilla sugar. Boil.
  3. Roll out the dough. Put the filling and roll to the middle. In the second half of the cake, make cuts and twist the roll. Layout the form, let rise. Grease the spiral with the yolk. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° / 350 ° F.
  4. Grease with hot honey and sprinkle with nuts.
