Stuffed brioche: the perfect recipe for you and your family!

Can you smell the brioche baking? It will be the best breakfast recipe ever! 

INGREDIENTS
 150ml (⅔ cup) warm milk;
 15g (2 tbsp) fresh yeast;
 40g (3 tbsp) sugar;
 a pinch of salt;
 1 egg;
 1/4 tsp vanilla powder;
 60g (3 tbsp) butter;
 350g (2 ½ cups) all-purpose flour;
 Egg wash;
 Almond flakes;
 2 small apples, chopped;
 120g (½ cup) apricot jam.
 
METHOD
  1.  Beat butter with sugar and egg. Add salt and vanilla. Pour in milk and combine.
  2.  Pour liquids into the flour and add crumbled yeast.
  3.  Knead the dough until smooth, set aside for 1 hour.
  4.  Cut a small part of the dough and divide the leftover part into 3 pieces.
  5.  Roll each one into a sheet, fill with jam and apples, then roll back into a log.
  6.  Braid 3 logs together, pinch to form a circle and decorate with leftover dough on the bottom.
  7.  Brush with egg, sprinkle with almonds and bake at 200C/400F for 20-25 minutes.
