Stuffed brioche: the perfect recipe for you and your family!

Can you smell the brioche baking? It will be the best breakfast recipe ever!
INGREDIENTS

150ml (⅔ cup) warm milk;
15g (2 tbsp) fresh yeast;
40g (3 tbsp) sugar;
a pinch of salt;
1 egg;
1/4 tsp vanilla powder;
60g (3 tbsp) butter;
350g (2 ½ cups) all-purpose flour;
Egg wash;
Almond flakes;
2 small apples, chopped;
120g (½ cup) apricot jam.
METHOD
- Beat butter with sugar and egg. Add salt and vanilla. Pour in milk and combine.
- Pour liquids into the flour and add crumbled yeast.
- Knead the dough until smooth, set aside for 1 hour.
- Cut a small part of the dough and divide the leftover part into 3 pieces.
- Roll each one into a sheet, fill with jam and apples, then roll back into a log.
- Braid 3 logs together, pinch to form a circle and decorate with leftover dough on the bottom.
- Brush with egg, sprinkle with almonds and bake at 200C/400F for 20-25 minutes.
