Spiral savory brioche: ready with just a few ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
For 35 cm tray:
2 egg whites
125ml (0.51 cup) of milk
125ml (0.53 cup) of water
30ml (2 tbsp) yogurt
35g (3 tbsp) sugar
5g (1 tsp) salt
15g (1 tbsp) of yeast
50ml (0.23 cup) of oil
75g (0.3) of soft butter
500 g of flour
200g (1.2 cup) of cottage cheese
4g (2tbsp) of parsley
2 egg yolks
15ml (1 tbsp) milk
METHOD
- Combine milk, oil and water. Add egg whites and sugar, stir, then add yogurt and then yeast. Gradually add the flour until you get a fine dough.
- Season the mixture with half the flour. When you have kneaded the dough add the softened butter. Then let the dough stand for 1h.
- Mix the dough and roll out horizontally, make small fringes. Fill the dough with cheese and parsley, then wrap and roll the dough.
- Coat with egg yolks and milk, then leave it to stand for a while, and then bake at 190 degrees for 40 minutes.
