METHOD

Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours. Roll out the dough. Put the stuffing. Roll up into a spiral. Grease with olive oil. Let rise for 2 hours. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
