Roll the mozzarella in a slice of prosciutto and stick a toothpick in it. This method is brilliant!
INGREDIENTS
5 slices of prosciutto
5 small mozzarella balls
egg wash
flour
breadcrumbs

DIRECTIONS
1. Roll each mozzarella in a slice of prosciutto, then stick a toothpick in it.
2. Cover the balls first in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
3. Using a toothpick to hold the balls together, fry them for about 5 minutes.
