French toast muffin: a tasty dessert that’s ready in only a few minutes!

This recipe is perfect for when you’re craving a tasty, easy to make, no mess dessert.
INGREDIENTS
sandwich bread

1 egg
150ml milk
chocolate flavored puffed rice
hazelnut spread
150ml milk
chocolate flavored puffed rice
hazelnut spread
brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
1. Press a slice of sandwich bread into a muffin mold after having soaked it in a milk and egg mixture.
2. Fill with hazelnut spread and puffed rice
3. Cover with another slice of bread (previously soaked in the egg and milk) and sprinkle the top with brown sugar.
4. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
