Squares bread omelette: ready in 5 minutes!

The best way to reuse stale bread!

INGREDIENTS
1 baguette
300ml (1 1/2 cup) milk
200ml (1 cup) cream
2 eggs
salt 1/3 tsp
1/3 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
25 g of Parmesan cheese
100g shredded mozzarella
1/2 tsp oregano
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix eggs with spices and Parmesan, add in milk and cream.
  2. Pour the mixture onto the pan with chopped bread pieces. Cook on low heat for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Turn over it and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and oregano, cook covered for 5 minutes.
