Italian panzerotti: how to make italian deep fried pizza recipe!

INGREDIENTS
For the panzerotti dough:
- 1 kg flour
- 500ml warm water
- 20g yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 20g salt
For filling:
- 350g ham
- 250g mozzarella
- 200g tomato sauce
- 400g provolla cheese
- 1 liter oil
- METHOD
Mix all ingredients together for the dough, divide it into balls and let them rise while preparing the filling - Make 2 separate fillings. Mix tomato sauce with provola cheese and in another bowl mix ham with mozzarella.
- Roll the balls of dough and put the stuffing, smear the edges with water and close.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry until golden brown
